How can I track my order?

An email will be sent out with tracking information once the item has been packed. If you haven't received an email within 2 days please send us an email or DM with your order number.


When will I get my order?

Most orders go out same or next day. Most packages are received by the customer in ~3 days


Do you ship internationally?

Yes but shipping costs and taxes vary from place to place. Please contact us directly to place an order if the option is not available for your area.


What is your return policy?

If you order the wrong product we cannot accept exchanges/refunds at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you have recievied a broken or defective product that will qualify for exchange. Email us if you have any order related issues!


Do you make custom work?

In 2025 we will only be accepting a very limited number of customs with prices being full retail plus 10-30% additional depending upon the project.


DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

We do accept repairs but not all pieces are salvageable or worth repairing. Please send in pictures to our email or DM for quoting.
